Rosbifs & Snails Tour Sets Off
A group of Citroën 2CV crews sets off from the Compleat Angler Hotel in Marlow, on a run to Monte Carlo in aid of the Air Ambulance, with major sponsorship from 118 118. Mr. Bibi (Bibendum) was there to see them off.
Former Ferrari technical director, Ross Brawn, did the honours with the Union Jack, in the presence of the Mayor of Marlow and Sir Steve Redgrave. The helicopter made a high level fly-past as the cars crossed Marlow Bridge after a parade up and down the High Street.
Post Script: The final total was a staggering £82,635.10.
